Our whole lives we have been very lucky to have known and been surrounded by “fun people” and great storytellers. I wasn’t exactly sure why, but whenever I was “down in the dumps” A good story and/or a couple of laughs and I was suddenly feeling much better. Now that I am older I have decided to do a little research as to what and why humor is able to do this in humans, AND, just as important, how I can maybe bring some of that into the lives of others to help them when they are feeling blue.
